FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operations Management - Sales Floor - Provide “GREAT” customer service; support, coach and motivate employees; support sales efforts and contents; promote positive morale and teamwork; Financial Management - Ensure compliance with all cash handling policies and procedures; Inventory Management - Ensure compliance with inventory and audit procedures; Staff Management - Staff, schedule, train, develop, and motivate employees; maintain compliance with policies and procedures through coaching as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Extensive background in retail operations, inventory management, human resources, and merchandising preferred; College degree desired but not required; MS Office, wireless experience, knowledge of how sales work.
