Housing Maintenance Manager #00796A Old Dominion University is seeking an experienced individual to serve as the Housing Maintenance Manager. Housing Maintenance is responsible for operations and maintenance of 5 major property areas comprised of about 50 buildings and 1.7 million square feet with a staff of about 50 people. Applicants should have working knowledge of building maintenance and housekeeping operations with experience supervising 20 or more people.
