Seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual for a large Va Beach apartment community. Individual must have a hands-on approach and strong supervisory skills. Ideal candidate will be self-motivated individual with the skill necessary to lead the maintenance team in all phases of property maintenance to include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances and exterior structure. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in general property maintenance and a proven track record for supervising at least 3 employees. EPA, HVAC and CFC certifications are required.
