Properly complete all paperwork for each shift, including documenting the activities of and any relates observations about each Consumer throughout the shift and completing incident reports prior to the end of the shift upon which the incident occured. Attend all meeting and traing as assigned. Position requires schdule flexibility and reliable transportation. QUALIFICATIONS:b> HS diploma/GED; 6 months related exp. and or training.
