FLOOR MACHINE OPERATOR BOONE CLINIC 1965 NORFOK, VA 4:30PM-10:00PM $13.23HR. Responsible for the efficent and safe operation of all floor equipment used to perform the maintenance of corridor floors. Person in this position must also be able to perform preventive maintenance on all equipment as outlined in the equipment technical manual and company's Standing Operating Procedures. Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevator banks, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas. Cleans floors using brooms and mops and powered scrubbers, floor finish applicators, and floor polishing machines. HS diploma/GED required and 1yr recent and revelant exp in commercial custodial service. Must be able to obain and maintain the appropriate credentials/background check as required by contract.
