Responsibilities include:
General administrative tasks (copying, filing, opening mail, etc)
Answering phones, assisting with customer service calls
Processing online orders
Create invoices and receipts for customers
Communicating with clients and vendors both verbally and via email
Requirements:
Prior office experience is a must
Full functional knowledge of Word, Excel, and PDF. Quickbooks knowledge is a plus
Pleasant phone voice with excellent verbal and writing skills
Ability to effectively take accurate phone messages
E-commerce experience a plus
Accurate data entry skills. You will be inputting data
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast paced environment
35+ WPM typing
Friendly outgoing personality with a willing attitude to put in the effort to assist the management team
This is a full time position; Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm, (half an hour lunch).
