Duties and Responsibilities
Front Desk duties such as answering phone calls, ordering supplies, assisting visitors, opening of office, mail courier and all other front desk duties. Clinical Coordinator Support duties are setting up patient appointments, making patient charts, obtaining authorizations, may cover clinic if Clinical Coordinator is unavailable. All other duties as they are assigned.
Work Hours: 7:30 - 4:00 ; 7:30 - 4:30.
Salary: Negotiable

Candidate Requirements
Summary of Qualifications Experience in working in an office environment. Medical Office experience preferred.
