Duties and Responsibilities
The Claims Support Representative I (CRS I) is responsible for processing incoming mail: prepping, scanning and performing quality review of scanned documents. Representatives must maximize productivity, preform highly accurate data entry Personally identifiable information and review other correspondences received from healthcare providers. Some heavy outbound calling may be required. Job Number: 185029.

Work Hours: Full-time and Part-time. Hours of operations vary from 6 AM – 9 PM. Flexibility required.

Candidate Requirements
Summary of Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Fluency in English, both oral and verbal. Data Entry. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe and computer database software. Receive and maintain favorable adjudication for National Agency Check for Inquires (NACI) background investigation.
Desired Education: GED / High School Equivalency
Relevant Experience: Customer Claims Processor
