The City of Norfolk Department of Human Services is seeking Human Services Aides for its Self Sufficiency Unit. The ideal candidate will support the Self-Sufficiency division in their duties through clerical work, researching client information, referring clients to other resources, and providing information. They will also work in a collaborative, fast paced, team environment and be a detail oriented problem solver with the ability to work with others or independently to complete complex forms and record pertinent client information.
