HOUSING OPERATIONS/FACILITIES MANAGEMENT/GROUNDS

Summary Performs basic, routine grounds maintenance work at public housing communities, development properties, and other NRHA-managed properties. Removes and disposes trash, debris, weeds, and grass clippings from grounds. Waters grounds and plants. Performs routine maintenance of grounds maintenance tools and equipment. Cleans and stores tools and equipment. Assists other grounds maintenance staff in performing grounds maintenance activities.

Qualifications Basic knowledge and skill in grounds maintenance and safety procedures required. Must be able to left 20 to 50 pound objects.

Annual Pay Range $17,950.40 - $31,283.20
