Duties and Responsibilities
As the Maintenance and Grounds expert of your community you will be responsible for completing work orders to maintain and repair physical structures of buildings and grounds.

Work Hours: 40 hours per week. On call duty including some weekends and holidays.

Salary: $10.00 to $14.00 per hour

Candidate Requirements
Summary of Qualifications A minimum of six months of related experience and/or training HVAC certification. Previous property management experience preferred, but not required. Must Be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Desired Education: Trade or Technical School Diploma
Relevant Experience: Facility Maintenance
