Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Receive and evaluate technical advice requests via telephone, fax, and email
- Answer incoming customer calls in the Sales Support functional area in order to process orders
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Previous experience
- Outdoor power equipment knowledge
