Russell’s Heating & Cooling is looking for appointment generators for the Norfolk Costco warehouse. The job is simple: Work in our booth and help customers schedule appointments for HVAC work. There isn’t much training as the most important skill is to be kind and friendly. Appointment generators simply forward customer information to our office for an appointment to be booked. You will not be asked to harass people, pressure people or be obnoxious. You do not have to drag them out of the aisles and you do not need to “sell” anything.





Work schedule is VERY flexible
•if you want a job working 10 hours a week – we can use you!
•If you want a job working 20 hours a week – we can use you!
•If you want a job working 40 hours a week – we can use you!
•If your schedule changes each week but you would like to fit this in – we can use you!
