The positions require the following qualifications:
• Call center experience preferred - Customer Service
• Collections experience required - Collectors
• Ability to communicate effectively and
professionally both verbally and in writing
• Proficient typing skills
• Must be able to work some late nights and some
Saturdays as scheduled by Management
• Automatic dialer experience a plus
• Strong negotiation skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Primary responsibilities include the following:
• Making and receiving calls through
automated dialer
• Taking payments on past due accounts
• Handling customer service related issues
• Processing detailed paperwork
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
in addition to complying with state and
federal regulations
