Dominion Enterprises is searching for a Technical Recruiting Manager to lead our team of recruiters in Norfolk, VA. Automotive dealers turn to DriveDominion.com to connect, engage, and convert shoppers. The Recruiting Manager must have experience working in and managing technology recruiting environments. Strategy, vision, leadership, networking, and business acumen are key to success. Responsibilities: •Partner with business leaders to understand the business and determine talent needs that meet current and future demands for their teams •Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices including behavioral interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation •Develop and manage candidate generation strategies and employment branding through innovative marketing, social media, community, and university involvement •Build, cultivate, and sustain an active candidate database within targeted job families •Act as recruiter for key positions and back up members of the recruiting team when demand exceeds capacity •Develop reports that track results, use the information to detect trends and adjust the strategy to optimize the impact of the team •Develop and manage vendor relationships that support talent acquisition and related processes •Identify and adopt technologies that improve the recruiting process •Determine and manage the recruiting portion of the HR budget in coordination with the VP/Recruiting Desired Skills and Experience Requirements: •Technology recruiting experience with extensive experience leading recruiting teams that target product development, engineering, and technical sales •Robust research and sourcing skills used to identify hard to find talent •Executive search and global recruitment experience •Able to manage multiple recruitment plans, assignments, and implement strategy in a fast-paced environment •Experience developing the skills of the recruiting team as well as improving the recruiting process •Professional discretion and judgment, and adherence to confidential information •Working knowledge of legal requirements related to recruitment and staffing •Impeccable written, verbal communication, and presentation skills •Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers at all levels of the organization •Able to travel •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint •Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
