Job Requirements
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all day-to-day tasks related to customer account administration within an inbound call center environment. This includes, but is not limited to, detailed account research, rent collection, delinquency reconciliation, invoice processing, and security deposit processing. Associates are also responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues. We are currently looking for associates to work 4 days during the week from 11:30 - 8:45 pm and then from 12:15 -5:15 pm on Saturdays.
Qualified Candidates will have:
• 1-3 years of Customer Service experience.
• Call-center experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with data entry and excel required.
• Experience with accounting systems is highly preferred.
• Must be able to multitask.
• A high school education or equivalent is required.
Candidates must also pass a drug and background screen. AvalonBay offers excellent benefits and a competitive salary.
