CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR [058633) Norfolk, VA

The ideal candidate will have experience in cradle to grave management of Federal Government contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, NDA's, consulting agreements and other contractual agreements, including analysis of contract profitability, closeout, regulatory compliance and a working knowledge of Task Order/Delivery Order Contracts. Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, CAS and related agency implementing regulations is required. Experience with SCA and DBA contracts is strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with all types of contracts including Cost-Reimbursable, Fixed Price, Time and Materials, and Labor Hour contracts/subcontracts, as well as experience with contract/subcontract close-outs. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Duties include, but not limited to: Respond to customer and program office inquires; assist in cost proposal development and RFP compliance; prepare cost proposal estimates for new contract RFP's and task orders; issue and administer subcontract agreements and purchase orders; and review subcontractor invoices for accuracy and compliance. CFCM preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel required..
