Sales Associate
Resite Online (www.resiteonline.com), a growing Norfolk-based developer of web sites, online lease applications, and resident hubs serving over 600 apartment community customers nationwide, is looking for a Sales Associate. We are a fast-moving, dynamic team serving a growing industry in leading product categories.
The Sales Associate will work to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the Multifamily Industry by effectively selling the company’s products and related services. This individual will personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers.
Requirements
● Strong account development and customer service
● Ability to identify good sales prospects
● Ability to grow and retain an existing account base
● Ability to develop and foster professional relationships with customers
● Ability to travel to meet with customers and to participate at industry events
● Comfortable presenting and selling in person and via phone and webinar
● Must embrace and understand Internet and mobile technology
● Search Optimization and Paid Search knowledge a strong plus
● Familiarity with website analytics a strong plus
● Multifamily industry experience preferred
