Position Summary: The Dealer Marketing Success Representative (DMSR) is responsible for ensuring that customers have industry leading web sites that effectively utilize the DX1 platforms capabilities. The DMSRs are subject matter experts on dealership marketing with a strong background in social media and web site development. They will reach out to the dealers’ marketing/web site contact on a monthly basis using a consultative approach to ensure that the dealer is an advocate for our product and services. The DMSR will send reports and observations to the Dealer Success Manager to help enhance the DP/GM discussions. Recommend appropriate web site services including products such as Total and Social Care to the Software Sales Rep and Success Manager. The DMSR is involved with the new dealer on-boarding process and helps to ensure that the web site building process is dealer friendly. It’s critical that the DMSR has strong phone/presentation and follow up skills. The DMSR needs to be relentlessly positive during their interactions with our customers. Group/Team Description: The DMSR will work closely with the Software Sales Rep, Implementation teams, Technical Support Team, and Dealer Success Manager to ensure that our customers have a great experience with their DX1 web site. Working relationships: •Help Desk Team •Dealer Success Manager •Implementation Team •Marketing Functional Lead Communication responsibilities: Publish dealer feedback on the DX1 web site platform. Notify sales team of upselling opportunities. Communicate with the dealer marketing/web site lead on a monthly basis Major Responsibilities/Decisions: •Responsible for customer retention and satisfaction •Participates in on-boarding process •Provides feedback to product managers •Sends upselling opportunities to sales team Desired Skills and Experience Individual initiative expectations: Self-starter, proactive, creative, detailed oriented, great communication skills, positive attitude, great follow up skills Education required: Bachelor degree preferred Experience required: •Minimum 2 years in an account management role for a DMS/CRM product •SaaS experience •Dealership marketing knowledge •Web site building knowledge including CSS and HTML 5
