HOUSING OPERATIONS/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT/OAKLEAF FOREST

  

Summary   NRHA is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a 250+ Public Housing community in Norfolk, VA.  This position is responsible for managing the day to day operations to include program compliance, curb appeal, maintaining resident relations, retention, and outstanding customer service. 

Qualifications  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field; 6 to 9 years of progressively responsible property management experience to include at least 2 years of supervisory experience or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience necessary to obtain the required knowledge, skills and abilities; excellent customer service skills.  Microsoft Office proficiency and proven leadership and communication skills.  The position requires someone who is well organized, take initiative, and works well independently and with minimal supervision.  Candidate must be or become certified as a PHM.  

 Annual Pay  $43,180.80
