GENERAL MAINTENANCE WORKER, Virginia Beach, Virginia This position performs basic maintenance and custodial duties. Duties include performing unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair work, such as changing light bulbs (fluorescent lighting), changing air filters, painting, plumbing, and carpentry, mechanical, electrical, HVAC and other trades and duties as assigned. Individual must be able to work with minimal supervision and dependable. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years current experience working as a maintenance worker.
