Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented Clinical Coordinator who will be responsible for the coordination of all clinical services, to include but not limited to: Person-Centered Plans, medical appointments, assessments, new admissions, Quarterly progress reports, ensuring supports are appropriate to the individuals' needs, and monitoring the quality of data collections contained in clinical records.

Summary of Qualifications A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a human services field, experience writing Person Centered Plans and Quarterly Reviews, and at least one year experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
