The Intake Specialist is responsible for conducting initial telephone screenings with callers seeking agency assistance, providing agency information, handling requests for shelter, conducting intake assessments, and connecting callers with the appropriate internal or external resources. Assures that data collected from callers is thoroughly and accurately reported in a timely manner according to established standards and deadlines. Work Hours: Works five evening shifts (11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.) per workweek (M-F), or as assigned.
