Duties and Responsibilities
Brickman is looking for Commercial Landscape (Maintenance, Enhancement, etc.) Crew Members. The Crew Member is responsible for safely and efficiently producing quality landscape services that meet or exceed the standards of clients and management. Crew Member will safely load gas cans, mowers and other equipment onto Brickman trucks/trailers, safely operate equipment with all necessary personal protective equipment, and perform landscape services such as mowing, edginig walkways and curbs, blow leaves, prune shrubs, and apply mulch.

Work Hours: Work Hours: Between 6:30am - 7:00pm.

Salary: $8.00 - $9.50 per hour.

Candidate Requirements
Summary of Qualifications Applicants must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. and work in bending and standing positions as needed. Carry 20 lb. back pack blower on back, use various mowers, load trimmers and edger's, leverage 80 lbs. of a walk behind mower over curbs, walk 5 – 10 miles a day, stoop, stand and bend for 10 hours or more a day, lift branches and limbs, grip and squeeze repeatedly (to prune), use hand saw, as well as any other equipment necessary to perform daily tasks. Applicant must be able to work on Saturdays when required.
Desired Education: High School Diploma
