Headway Corporate Resources is screening applicants for career customer service positions on behalf of Ferguson Enterprises in Newport News, VA. Hours: 11 am - 8 pm Mon-Fri.
Responsibilities: Pleasantly answer incoming phone calls
- Handle and complete customer returns by the end of each business day; Complete customer job quotes within 60 minutes of receipt of quote; Check stock and place orders for customers; Track orders for customers as needed and provide proof of deliveries; Fax nightly confirmations to customers; Assist with direct mail planning and marketing; Send credit applications and manufacturer literature to prospective and current customers; Report to supervisor any improvements or concerns; Qualifications: 4 year college degree or Associates degree preferred but not required - Must have ability to work effectively with deadlines and in fast-paced environment; Ability to present a positive phone presence; - Basic computer skills and 35 wpm typing; Apply to this position for immediate consideration.
