MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS - APARTMENT COMMUNITY, HAMPTON, VA
We are looking for Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities in Hampton, VA.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a maintenance technician with experience in general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work. You must be HVAC certified. You must be able to be on call some weekends.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. One-three years in multifamily property maintenance
• Strong plumbing and carpentry skills
• Electrical trouble shooting and repair
• Appliance service and repair
• HVAC certified
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
