Assists in the maintenance of a clean and prepared work environment for kitchen staff; cleans kitchen equipment and washes dishes; sweeps, mops, and waxes floors. Required Experience:
One year experience working in a kitchen preferred. Knowledge of cleaning practices, methods, and techniques. Ability to assist in the preparation and presentation of meals. Ability to wash dishes and kitchen appliances. Ability to clean kitchen and dining area. Required Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Job closes 8/21/14.
