Assists Payroll/Billing/Receivables Manager in all aspects of payroll, billing and collections.

ESSESNTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Data enters and transmits payroll and billing.

2. Assists with accounts receivable and collection activity.

3. Compiles and completes all statistical reports as requested by the Payroll/Billing/Receivables Manager.

4. Obtains and reviews all required reports according to MIS policy. Notifies P/B/R Manager of any problems or discrepancies.

5. Data enters all new patient information into the master patient file and verifies insurance coverage for the patient online when appropriate.

6. Prepares and submits cash receipt reports, employee invoices and mileage reports as appropriate.

7. Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. High school graduate or equivalent.
2. Minimum of one (1) year experience in data entry and 10-key by touch.
