Portfolio Recovery Associates is a eighteen year old, publicly traded company (NASDAQ-PRAA) that purchases and manages portfolios of defaulted consumer receivables and provides a broad range of accounts receivable management services. We are currently recruiting for Account Representatives - Collections, to join our team located in Norfolk, Virginia.

Qualifications for this position include a stable work history (preferably at least 12-18 months in previous employment is required). High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, strong work ethic; good negotiating skills; computer proficiency and a self-starting attitude. To be successful you should possess effective organizational, communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills, and high attention to detail.

Mandatory Training: 8AM - 5PM (Monday - Friday)(2 weeks)
