Production Mail – Virginia Beach, VA

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for a Machine Operator to join our Production Mail team to facilitate large mass mailings of CBN and its affiliates. We are seeking a dedicated professional to set up materials, operate letter inserters, folding machines, and postage metering machines, and sort and tray mail.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

•Working knowledge of setting up and operating machines
•Experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred
•Must be a team player
•Strong mechanical aptitude and ability
•Good oral and written communication skills
•Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
•Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations
•Ability to withstand constant bending, standing, walking, using fine finger movements, pushing and pulling, squatting, reaching above the shoulder level, and lifting up to 40 pounds
