Duties and Responsibilities
Homeowners Association needs additional staff to maintain common area property. Grounds Crew must be able to fertilize, mow, edge and plant. Some lifting up to 40 pounds.

Work Hours: 30 - 40 hours per week, will discuss. Full time job with OT available.

Salary: Hourly, will discuss.

Candidate Requirements
Summary of Qualifications Must have current driver's license to drive company vehicles. Dress code required: Work shoes or steel toed boots required. High school diploma or equivalent ; Horticulture education a plus. Valid drivers license and good driving record (positive points only).
Desired Education: GED / High School Equivalency
Relevant Experience: Land and Grounds
