The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Human Resource Assistant to join our employment team. This professional will utilize their systems-oriented and tech-savvy skills to provide a variety of HR support. CBN is home to over 1000 employees who contribute their talents and passion for our mission in a wide-variety of industry-specific roles.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

•Experience providing website, advertising, and HRIS support within a fast-paced work environment
•Computer skills with Microsoft Office, HRIS, HTML and Dreamweaver software with ability to learn and integrate emerging technology
•Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish effective rapport with CBN staff and outside public
•Excellent ability to recognize and handle confidential matters utilizing discretion and sound judgment
•Flexible and adaptive to frequent change while still prioritizing work and multi-tasking
•Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
•Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team
