Operation Blessing International (OBI), an international humanitarian relief and development organization, is seeking a highly motivated Partner Relations Representative to provide part time evening phone support. This individual will make outbound calls thanking and soliciting donors, tracking results, updating partner records and creating new partner accounts.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

•Experience providing excellent customer service within a call center environment
•Strong relationship building skills gained through outbound phone solicitation
•Strong data entry skills with accuracy and attention to detail
•Proficient in MS Office with ability to learn new software
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Strong interpersonal skills with ability to consistently exercise sound judgment
•Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently meet goals and deadlines
•Ability to maintain confidentiality
