Primeplus Norfolk Senior Center seeks a part-time Geriatric Care Manager (GCM) for its Ask Primeplus Geriatric Care Management program. This is a contracted weekday position, part-time (20-25 hours/week). This position is directly supervised by the Lead Geriatric Care Manager.
