Peninsula Cleaning Services Inc., a leading Hampton Roads Janitorial service company is looking for a salaried Janitorial Operations Manager to manage multipule healthcare accounts in the South Hampton Roads area. This position will be responsible for staff development, site performance, safety training, and quality assurance. Responsibilities will aslo include scheduling staff, approving employee time records and managing site resources. This positions will be the front line customer contact for assigned accounts. Must be able to display strong relationship management skills as requires. This position maybe required to support staff and various shifts. Preferred candidates will have minimum of 5years of management experience directly relating to healthcare or commerical cleaning. Valid Driver's License required and must be computer literate.
Salary Range - $26,500 to $35,000
