POSITION SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of this position is to function as the Bon Secours Information Services customer service champion for specific customer groups with our BSV end user population. The Customer Service Manager will ensure compliance with all components of the BSR IS Service Level Agreement (SLA) and the BSV IS Applications set goals and objectives. Analyze and assist in design and/or re-design of application/process to efficiently meet key organizational objectives, make recommendations and participate in the implementation of change process. Use information services expertise to provide structure and processes for the systematic management of all customer related IS needs. Uses project management tools for planning, scheduling, risk assessment, requirements gathering, estimating and implementing, including developing plans, interviewing, facilitating meetings, developing budgets and tracking information, such as budgets, schedule and results for the implementation and support of physicians and their practices. Provides direct supervision of BSR Information Service personnel as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Computer Science, Nursing or Business Administration
required.
2. 5+ years of information services work experience with support of information services management systems and
applications in an acute care setting preferred.
3. 3+ years of documented project management experience as the project lead on multi-application system
installations required; experience in healthcare industry preferred.
4. 2+ years of documented supervisory experience preferred.
5. Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with project management software, Microsoft Project, Excel and other
spreadsheet, graphics, and word processing applications.
6. Demonstrated ability and willingness to travel within Bon Secours Richmond System.

7. Effective oral and written communication skills demonstrated at all levels.
