Peninsula Cleaning Services is seeking a full-time Human Resources/Admin Support to join our team. Applicant must have min of 5 years of exp directly relating to Human Resources/Admin Support. Strong exp in oral and written communication, MS Outlook, MS Word and Excel. Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm will required some evening hours. Salary - $24,960 -$29,120


Position Summary:

Provides administrative support to the Human Resources on all personnel matters.


Essential Functions:

• Perform administrative duties such as typing, filing, sorting, answering phones: write correspondences from rough draft and proofreading.
• Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
• Answer, assist and direct incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a professional and courteous manner.
 Conduct benefits enrollment for new employees.
• Verify I-9 documentation.
• Submit the online investigation requests and assist with new employee background checks.
• Update HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork.
• Processing of terminations & ensuring all terminated employees return all PCS property.
• Assists with recruitment, interview process and conducts orientation of new employees.
